Our website is operated on the Kajabi platform (Kajabi LLC, Irvine, CA, USA). Kajabi provides the infrastructure for our website, member areas, and payment processing.

  • Processing: When you visit our website or make a purchase, your data (IP address, name, email, payment data) is stored on Kajabi's servers.

  • International Data Transfer: Kajabi is a provider based in the USA. We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Kajabi, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) (Contract Performance) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Secure operation of the website).

4. Integration of YouTube

We embed videos from the YouTube platform (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

  • Enhanced Privacy Mode: We use YouTube in "enhanced privacy mode." According to YouTube, data is only transmitted to YouTube once you actively start the video.

  • Processing: When a video starts, cookies are set and your IP address, as well as information about your visit, are transmitted to Google. If you are logged into your Google account, Google can assign this data directly to your profile.

  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (Consent via cookie banner) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Legitimate interest in the visual presentation of our content).

5. LinkedIn (Insight Tag and Social Media)

We use features of the LinkedIn network (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Dublin, Ireland).

  • LinkedIn Insight Tag: We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag. This allows us to analyze website visits and deliver targeted advertising (retargeting) to LinkedIn users.

  • Processing: Data collected includes URLs, referrer URLs, IP addresses, and device/browser properties. The data is encrypted and anonymized within 90 days.

By using Kajabi, Google, and LinkedIn, data may be transferred to the USA. Since July 2023, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework has been in place. Many providers are certified under this framework. Where this is not the case, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a safeguard.
